Terms of sale.

Products are sold by Rely Safety Solutions Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202611722N) to businesses and trade buyers. Prices are quoted in Singapore dollars, exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise, and are valid for the period shown on the quotation.

An order is confirmed when we accept your purchase order or you accept our quotation in writing. Payment terms are as stated on the quotation or invoice. Goods remain our property until paid in full.

Delivery is within Singapore unless agreed otherwise. Goods may also be self-collected from our warehouse at 421 Tagore Industrial Avenue, #01-18, Tagore 8, Singapore 787805. Please inspect goods on receipt and tell us of any shortfall or damage within 7 days.

Our footwear is designed to the S3 requirements of SS 513 and each shipment is batch-tested in Singapore. Safety footwear must be selected for the hazards of the specific workplace; the buyer is responsible for that assessment. We replace any pair with a manufacturing defect reported within 1 month of delivery under normal use.
